October 31, 2013 - The Conference of Management Authorities met in Inuvik on October 8-9, 2013 to discuss the potential addition of boreal caribou, Peary caribou, polar bear and hairy braya (a plant) to the NWT List of Species at Risk. This will be the first listing decision made under the Species at Risk (NWT) Act! Keep an eye out for a future announcement of the decision.
