A report is required every five years on the actions taken to implement a management plan or recovery strategy, and progress towards meeting its objectives. The plan or strategy is also reviewed, and the outcomes of the review are included in the progress report.
In the NWT, the Conference of Management Authorities compiles the report. The federal government is responsible for reporting on species that are at risk in Canada.
