Raup’s Willow has a very restricted distribution in the Northwest Territories. Globally, it is only found in the NWT (2 sites), Yukon (2 sites), Alberta (2 sites), and British Columbia (3 sites). It has been ranked as G2 (Imperiled) by NatureServe, and May be at Risk by the NWT General Status Ranks process. This species has not gone through either the COSEWIC or SARA listing processes.
